Refund & Exchange
If you must cancel an order, please do so before it is shipped. Refunds cannot be processed once the order has been shipped.
We will refund the full amount after deducting transaction charges if you cancel your order before it has been shipped.
Unfortunately, we do not have a return & exchange policy for international customers.
Cancellation By Softtronics
Softtronics reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order that we deem incompatible. Our fraud prevention department may identify various reasons for not accepting the order, including limitations regarding quantities available for purchase; pricing or product information errors; or any other issues which Softtronics identifies for not accepting the order. Certain situations may also require additional information for accepting orders. We will notify you if your order has been cancelled fully, partially, or if additional information is needed to accept it.
Cancellation By Customer
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed and shipped to their destinations. A registered customer can always check the status of their order by using the Track Order feature on www.Softtronics.in. After we receive the cancellation request, we will initiate the refund process to your account either through the same method of payment that you used to make the transaction or by check (in cases where a customer's debit/credit card used during the order placement is not in use, the amount will be refunded through check). You will receive the refund amount either directly into your account or by check once the refund process is initiated.
NOTE : If the amount has been deducted from your account but the transaction failed, we will refund the amount as soon as possible
