Shipping policy

Orders are generally dispatched within 1-5 working days unless otherwise specified.

Shipping partners & delivery locations are responsible for determining delivery times. After dispatch, it takes between 1-7 days for an order to reach a customer's location. It usually takes 1-2 days for the package to arrive in metro cities. 

Exceptions can occur during peak holiday seasons or at restricted locations. Feel free to reach out to us if there is any urgency so we can discuss expediting options.

The delivery of all orders will be done to the address that you provide when placing the order. After placing your order, please send us an email at invikasolutions@gmail.com within 2 hours if you need to make any changes.
